True, you need a lot of protein but you need just as many fruits and vegetables in your diet to keep you strong and healthy.

Myth # 6 – Building lean muscle mass can be accomplished in just a few days.
Building lean muscle mass takes time, so don’t expect to be leaner and more muscular in just days or weeks. As you long as you’re feeling the difference even if it’s just little by little, you should be fine. Don’t rush. Remember, good things come to those who wait.
